Locker Room Report: Wolfpack Players

CLEMSON, S.C. -- Several NC State players met with the media following the loss to Clemson.

Jacoby Brissett

"They were by far the best defensive line we've faced. They just came out and did a great job. We have just got to come out and play better in the next game."

"It was tough. They came out with a great plan. They played hard. At the end of the day, I can't come out and play the way I played today. I have to play a lot better for us to win."

"We had a good enough plan to win the game. I've just got to come out and play better."

"Everybody is mad. Everybody is pretty down. We've got to come back tomorrow and get ready for Boston College."

"There's not a game on the schedule that I don't think we can go out and win. So we've just got to go out and play our type of football."

"I felt like I was pressing. That wasn't my best game. It's probably the worst game I've ever played in my life. Tomorrow the sun will come up, I've just got to get ready to play."

B.J. Hill

"We've just got to get better on the defensive side. We've got to make more plays. You got to keep on fighting. You can't give up."

"They're pretty fast, but that's not an excuse. We lost."

"I'm ready for us to bounce back and get better. We can't hang our heads on this. We've just got to keep on going forward."

"We've still got a chance. I believe we will make a bowl."

Rodman Noel

"(Watson) is a good player. He is pretty good for a freshman. I think he prepared well. He did his scouting on us. He ran the ball good and threw the ball good today. He is a pretty good player and I think he'll get better as his career goes on."

"I think we let FSU beat us twice. We wasn't as hungry. We wasn't as focused. I think that game last week really stuck with us. We just didn't come out to play today."
