GREENSBORO - After leading his team to a win over No. 2 Duke, Trevor Lacey has been voted the ACC Men's Basketball Player of the Week.

Trevor Lacey, a 6-3 redshirt junior from Huntsville, Ala., scored 21 points and shot 5-for-7 from 3-point range on Sunday as NC State took down previously-undefeated Duke at PNC Arena. He scored eight points during the game's decisive stretch when NC State captured a 19-point lead over the Blue Devils.
Lacey also made three 3-pointers earlier in the week at No. 3 Virginia.
Playing the week against two opponents ranked in the nation's top three, Lacey averaged 15.0 points and 3.5 rebounds per game while shooting 8-for-13 from 3-point range.
Lacey and the Wolfpack host No. 15/16 UNC-Chapel Hill Wednesday, Jan. 14 at PNC Arena at 7 p.m. Wednesday's game will be NC State's third consecutive contest against a ranked opponent.
