RALEIGH, N.C. -- Senior quarterback Jacoby Brissett met with the media after today's scrimmage.

"We still have a lot of things to work on. We're coming out with a positive mindset."

"Everybody is coming out to get better each and everyday. That's what we're mostly looking forward to right now."

"Today we did some situational stuff. We got a chance to see a lot of players step up and make plays."

"They are doing great. We can't ask for much more from them. They are doing everything they can in their power to control the line of scrimmage. They are doing a really good job at it."

"A lot of players are stepping up and making plays. The more players we have stepping up the more our offense grows. That's what we're doing right now."

"Bo is a great player, but that group is a solid group right now. They are out making plays. It will be good to see what [the receivers] can do this year."

"[Nyheim Hines, Reggie Gallaspy, and Johnny Frasier] are doing great. Making plays... Nyheim scored today. I think all three of them scored today, probably. They are just out here having fun, playing the game, and learning each and everyday... trying to get more comfortable with the offense."

"I know in the years that come, that group that just came in, they are going to win some games. That's a great class that just came through."

"It's just going to be a special group this year."
