LOCKER ROOM REPORT: Wolfpack Players

RALEIGH, N.C. -- Several NC State players met with the media after the win over South Alabama.

"Today we were much more focused... determined to try and beat this team as bad as we could."

"We definitely ran our offense better today."

"We were trying to get the ball into the middle so we could re-locate and dish it out."

"Cat was trying to get into the gaps... he did a good job."

"I think I need to... all the wings and guards need to step up. Terry is a big loss."

"We can't do anything about it."

"I think we ran our offense.  When we run our offense we're hard to stop."

"The plan... I got to pace myself, I pace myself at times."

"I was trying to get it but then he put the SWAT Team in.  It was good for them to get in and play."

"The second half we came out and played good. The crowd got into it."

"When everybody is engaged we feed off of it."

"Coach said something about the zone... he said something the timeout before and we still didn't do it. He was kind of mad and snapped the board... over his knee.  That's not the first time he did that though. That's probably the 12th."

"I think he does it because he knows he can get another board."

"We wanted to win the game."

"We just wanted to bounceback and get this win."

"Tonight we wanted to play together and win as a team. That's what we did."

"We didn't want to waste any time tonight. We wanted to jump on them early."
