LOCKER ROOM REPORT: Wolfpack Players

RALEIGH, N.C. -- Abdul-Malik Abu and Cat Barber met with the media after the win over IUPUI.

"It was cool to get two blocks."

"It increased. A lot of guys bank on me to do things."

"It just bled.  I got back out there."

"They are doing a good job. They shoot the ball well, so with me driving and kicking out to them it's a 95% chance that it's going in."

"With Terry out Mav will have to step in and shoot the ball well.  Terry going down hurt us a little bit but we have Mav on the back-end to come in."

"Just staying healthy. I have to get treatment and on my off-day rest my body."

"For me I don't ever want to come out of the game. It's a mentality thing I have. I know how to pace myself and stay energized."

"I feel like we had our ups and downs.  We're a young team still trying to find our identity. It was good."

"It felt like a long game but that's what we need. We need more time and experience."

"Every game we continue to grow."

"I tried to stay aggressive. I feel like I can score everytime I get in the post, but I also feel like Cat can do it too, Caleb, Maverick... it's an overall team concept and when I get it I look for them and if I don't see them I try to score."

"I don't know what it is. I just need something to make the free throws go in. It makes me feel comfortable. I definitely need to get in the gym and keep shooting free throws."

"I feel like we're going to rise to the top."

"We have to come out with full intensity and treat it like a championship game every time."
