NC State recently landed a commitment from North Broward Prep (FL) wideout C.J. Riley, who was a major target for the Wolfpack. Here's your chance to catch the 6-foot-5 standout in action!

NAME: C.J. Riley
POSITION: Wide Receiver
HIGH SCHOOL: North Broward Prep
HOMETOWN: Coconut Beach, Florida
VITALS: 6'5/195/4.55

NOTES: NC State landed a commitment earlier this month from North Broward Prep (FL) wideout C.J. Riley, one of the top remaining recruits on the Wolfpack's board.  He picked NC State over offers from Nebraska, Duke, Pittsburgh, Vanderbilt, Cincinnati, Georgia Tech, and West Virginia among others.  He recently narrowed his list to NC State and Nebraska after visiting both schools.

The Wolfpack has had a chance to fully evaluate Riley, as he camped with NC State over the summer and took multiple unofficials.

A dynamic deep threat, the 6-foot-5 wideout averaged an astounding 26.2 yards per catch as a senior, totaling 40 catches, 1,047 yards, and 13 touchdowns.  Pack Pride Recruiting Analyst Steve Williams is extremely high on Riley's upside.

"Riley has added some size over the last six months and is the type player that will create matchup issues for opposing defenses," said Williams.  "He has a surprising burst after the catch and Riley's foot speed in small spaces is deceptively quick.

"Riley is a long strider but has the ability to get around defenders. He has reliable hands but is probably most dangerous high pointing the ball against smaller defensive backs where he can take advantage of his size. Riley certainly has the skill set and talent to see the field as a freshman at NC State."
