Locker Room Report: Wolfpack Players

BLACKSBURG, VA -- Cat Barber and Caleb Martin met with the media after the loss to Virginia Tech.

"I felt like our defensive intensity and second-chance rebounds killed us in the second half."

"We played good defense pretty much every possession I felt but we couldn't top it off with a defensive rebound."

"We're a young team and still working things out."

"Virginia Tech has some good players... they are still in the ACC and still a good team."

"We're going to figure this thing out and end up winning a lot of games I feel like."

"We were just shooting and they go in, they go in.  If they don't, they don't.  In the second half they weren't going in, but I felt like we kept shooting the same way we were in the first half. They weren't going our way, kept rolling out."

"I think offensive rebounds killed us."

"They shot the ball, missed it, and kept getting the rebound and putback."

"Everybody has to come and play their best."

"We fought into overtime and I feel like in overtime they went to the glass harder than us."

"If we would have knocked down free throws and crashed the boards we would have won the game."

"I thought I had it... I probably got fouled but he blocked the shot and we went to overtime."
