Harrell Nears a Decision

StateFans was able to reach Ennis (TX) Quarterback Graham Harrell for a quick update on where he stands with his recruitment.

"I'm still looking at Georgia, Texas Tech, and N.C. State," Graham Harrell told StateFans. "Those are the main three that I'm looking at and it will probably be one of those that I choose from."

Harrell, tabbed the nation's #23 Quarterback prospect by TheInsiders.com, has favored this trio for a while now and it looks like he could be ready to decide in the near future.

"I want to decide pretty soon. I hope I can have a decision by the time my season starts, and that's in two weeks. I just need to sit down with my family and make the best decision for me."

Graham noted that if a program had other quarterbacks as verbals, it would impact his decision. Georgia, who was rumored to be the leader for Harrell, recently landed in-state prospect Blake Barnes.

"Yes sir, that will affect my decision. Naturally I'm going to look at who other programs are bringing in and see where I fit in best. It may not be the biggest factor, but it will be something I have to consider."

Harrell also mentioned that at this time the Red Raiders of Texas Tech are recruiting him the hardest of the three schools.

Could the decision come down to Texas Tech and NC State? It looks like that maybe the case. StateFans will bring you the story when Harrell decides!
