Recruiting Scene: NC State was the first school to offer and that was something that really stood out to Glass. Although offers would eventually come in from Cincinnati, Virginia, East Carolina and Charlotte, the Pack had established a lead that they would never relinquish. However, it was a trip to Raleigh for the Pack’s matchup with Florida State that put State over the top. Glass committed to the Wolfpack a few days after that visit.

Why NC State? “I was very, very impressed with how they ended the (2014) season. Coach Doeren and the other coaches really turned that program around. That’s what I want to be a part of. The way they played in the bowl game was very good. How they ended the season and finished strong really stood out to me. Plus the players we’re getting in from 2016 are really good. The players coming in my class are really good including myself. I feel like other teams better watch out.”

Picked NC State Over: committed to NC State over offers from Charlotte, Cincinnati, East Carolina and Virginia

Scouting Report: Glass is a tough, physical safety. He shows great instincts and has a high football I.Q. Glass anticipates extremely well and has good ball skills. He also takes good angles when pursuing the football and tackles well. He's a prospect that could contribute early and ultimately become an impact player at the collegiate level. - Scout recruiting analyst Michael Clark
