On his 72-yard punt...
In an ideal world that ball sits down and stops at the one-yard line because the goal is to give our defense the best starting point.
From that yard line, I'm not even thinking about a touchback... obviously in an ideal world it stops at the one.
I was juiced about it... even though it wasn't perfect, anytime you do well on the field after working hard at practice you feel good.
Thoughts on his improved play...
In the offseason, the way I look at improvement is I want to make my bad days better and my good days more frequent.
You're going to have bad days, but improvement is making things better.
More on his current play...
Every punt that I hit this season... it's not like I'm doing anything new, I'm just trying to do the good stuff more frequently.
I've only gone out there 10 times... I like the sidelines from that regard. I'll stay on the sideline all day long if they can keep scoring touchdowns.
Thoughts on kicker Kyle Bambard's 49-yarder...
Kyle is one of the hardest workers I've ever been around. He obviously didn't have the season he had last year... he's really put his head down and gone to work. To see the benefits on the field, I was so excited.
Confidence is really crucial... confidence is really an important thing and I feel like once he starts making these kicks.
It really is a very mental game.
More on winning football games...
We both really want to win a football game. At the end of the day, that's what we go out there to do.
We feel like we really want to go out and win every game we play. It doesn't really matter whoever the opponent is.
