According to multiple sources, NC State will hire Rutgers defensive backs coach Aaron Henry to replace Clayton White on staff.

According to multiple sources, NC State will hire Rutgers defensive backs coach Aaron Henry to replace Clayton White on staff.  

Henry joined the Rutgers staff in December of 2015 after serving as a grad assistant at Arkansas.  He also has ties to NC State head coach Dave Doeren, who coached Henry when Doeren was the defensive coordinator at Wisconsin. 

Henry played at Wisconsin from 2007-11 and appeared in 52 games with 32 starts. He helped the program to three Rose Bowl berths and was an All-Big Ten performer as a junior and a senior. Also spent time in camp with the Oakland Raiders

He is considered a strong recruiter and has ties in Florida where he starred as a prep standout for Immokalee (FL) High School.
