Picked NC State Over: Army, Navy, And Charlotte Among Others
Scouting Report: Moore is a long, rangy linebacker with a lot of natural ability. He instinctive and athletic. Moore reads and reacts to plays quickly. He also plays fast, but under control and closes quickly on the ball. Moore has a great frame, but needs to add weight and get stronger. However, he's a prospect with a big upside and a bright future. -- Scout's Michael Clark
