"I'm happy to be out here. I just finished ACC Championships."

"This year we're working on closing out games. As you know, we have the talent. We just have to put it all together."

"There's rust to it. Last year, even when I was at receiver I listened to the calls to make sure I knew it.... I made sure I knew both positions."

"Running back, we lead by committee. Even last year when Matt came out, Reggie would come in and do a good job... Dakwa and we have Johnny."

"We're not looking to replace Matt because he's an all-time great here.  It's trying to fill his shoes, play great, and do what we can do in our control."

"We have great players like Jay Sam, Marquis Braxton is looking great, Kelvin Harmon, Steph, Jakobi Meyers. We have a lot of great players."

"We have a lot of young receivers coming up, both quarterbacks coming back, tight ends coming back, and most of our o-line. I think having experience will do good for us this year."

"It's exciting... it's always exciting to step back on the field.  Just to get back out here and do this football stuff together, it's exciting."

"I think it's going to be more snaps at running back. I took a couple of snaps today at running back.  I'm going to do whatever coach Drink wants me to do."

"They probably think it's cool to do a lot of different stuff on the football field. I try to honor my position."

"I feel like I know everything. I know what's going on. I'm used to everything. The same offense... I try to come out here and work on my craft. Knowing all the stuff, it comes in handy."
