NC State landed a major commitment today when UNC Wilmington sophomore wing C.J. Bryce announced his plans to join the Wolfpack.  He informed Pack Pride of the news via text message.

Bryce starred at UNC Wilmington under Kevin Keatts.  He was all-CAA Rookie Team as a freshman, averaging 10.1 points and 4.2 rebounds.  This past season he emerged into a star, as he averaged a team-high 17.4 points per game on 48% shooting from the field. He also recorded 5.4 rebounds and 3.0 assists while earning first-team All-CAA honors.

Over two seasons, Bryce averaged 13.8 points and 4.7 rebounds per contest, and he was named CAA Tournament MVP in March.

Bryce, a Charlotte (NC) native, must sit out the 2017-2018 season, but he will have two years of eligibility remaining.

Pack Pride will have more on his transfer in the near future so stay tuned!
