The massive Forest Hills High School defensive tackle has been on a tear of late, with observers frequently commenting on his ability to take over a football game from in the trenches.
"The last two games I have played real well. I've had like 5 sacks and over sixteen tackles. This week we play Monroe and they are our rivals so it's a big game for us."
Monroe High School features one of the state's top running backs in Albert Ashcraft, who happens to be a close friend of Hall's. Marque jokingly talked about what's going to happen when they meet on the gridiron.
"I'm going to take him if he runs up the middle. He might try that a couple of times, but if I hit him then he won't try it anymore. Now on the outside... I can't mess with him out there," Marque joked.
Attaining a qualifying score on his SAT/ACTs is currently the main priority in Hall's recruiting process. He hopes to start setting up his official visits in the near future.
"I haven't set up any visits yet because I'm trying to get my SATs/ACTs in order. I'll probably take all five visits before making a decision... just to get around."
As far as having a "leader," Marque's maintaining his silence.
"I'm keeping it quiet... I just don't say too much, and I don't want to let anything out."
