Players to Watch

NC State
Mike O'Donnell-- Nicknamed "Glue," true freshman Mike O'Donnell received his first start of his career against the EA Sports All-Stars and played admirably, controlling tempo and knocking down a couple of deep jumpers. If O'Donnell can continue to give strong minutes, it will allow Coach Herb Sendek to bring Levi Watkins off the bench, where his versatility would prove invaluable to the Wolfpack. The development of freshman guards O'Donnell and Engin Atsur is critical to the upcoming season.

Global Sports
Chris Davis-- Former North Texas standout Chris Davis has been the leading scorer this exhibition season for Global Sports. Davis is a versatile swingman who will test a talented Wolfpack frontcourt.

- NC State Swingman Cameron Bennerman is out indefinitely with a hand injury.

- NC State guard Julius Hodge had a strong opening performance against EA Sports with 28 points and 11 rebounds.

- Jordan Collins is not eligible to play in the exhibition games but is practicing with the team and will be available for competition following the end of the first academic semester.
