DL Brandon Setzer -- Commits!

Hargrave Military Defensive Lineman Brandon Setzer completed his final official visit this weekend and the outstanding prospect committed to the NC State Wolfpack.

"I committed to [N.C.] State," Brandon said on his way back to Hargrave from Raleigh. "It was just the players and coaches there that did it for me. I really liked them a lot."

DT Carl Howard -- "I was Very Impressed"

Matawan (NJ) Defensive Tackle Carl Howard has taken three official visits, and his most recent trip, to NC State, definitely left a positive impression on the All-State Lineman.

"It went really well and I was very impressed," Howard told StateFans. "I liked the facilities, the players, the coach, the education programs... everything. It all was just a plus."

WR Kenneth Harris -- Decision to Come Soon

What should proove as the last visit for Kenneth Harris, the standout wide receiver from Cherryville (NC), went very well according to his mother.

"I went with him on the visit to NC State, and I think it went very well," says Mrs. Harris, who also visited with him on the visit to Athens. "We learned quite a bit about the school, and I think he would like to make a decision soon."

DE/TE Anthony Hill -- Takes Second Visit

Hargrave Military Academy DE/TE Anthony Hill had said a few days back that he was hoping to visit Ohio State this weekend. Did he make the trip?

"No, I didn't," he said. "That was cancelled."

The visit will not be rescheduled. Instead, he visited another school.

"I went to Clemson," he said. "It was a pretty good visit.

OL Chris Rutledge -- OL Back From Visit

Rutledge has now taken visits to N.C. State, Florida, and Miami. He said that while he enjoyed all three, one thing stood out about the UM visit.

"When I went to UM, it's like everyone was a lot more friendly," he said. "Florida and NC State were nice and everything but I didn't know many people. At UM, the players would just walk up and introduce themselves. They seemed to care more about me. They made more of an effort to find out who I was without me having to introduce myself to everyone. That made a big difference because it just made me feel so much more comfortable around the players and stuff. None of those guys are big headed or anything like that either. Those are the biggest differences so far."

LB John Dunlap -- WR/LB Has Two Favorites

So where do the Hurricanes stand with the talented prospect?

"It's down to either Miami or N.C. State," he said. "NC State's a great school and everything but I think UM has what I'm looking for. They're close to home, they put guys into the league, and it's just a great atmosphere. They're my leader. I'll probably announce my decision soon."

OL/DL Anthony Parker -- Torn Between Two

A very underrated offensive guard prospect is Anthony Parker from Lovejoy (Ga.). Parker made his official visit to Tennessee this weekend and is currently torn between the Vols and Wolfpack.

"It was a good time," Parker said. "I really enjoyed it. Tennessee has so much tradition and they put linemen in the NFL. I also love their facilities and the players. Derrick Tinsley was my host.

LB Javier Estopinan -- Two Lead for LB

"Right now, it's Florida or Ohio State. I like the Buckeyes a lot and can see myself playing there. I also felt very comfortable there on my visit.

"I just want a week to think about things. I would like to announce on Monday the 26th. I am still considering NC State too but UF and Ohio State are my leaders."

WR Aaron Kelly -- Misses One Visit

The 6-4, 170 pound receiver was scheduled to visit Duke and then North Carolina State for official visits this weekend.

"I ended up only going to Duke. The NC State visit didn't work out. I probably will not take anymore visits."

TE Octavious Darby -- Two Leaders for Darby

The talented tight end had a chance to meet with UM head coach Larry Coker during the visit.

"I told him that I saw everything I needed to see in order to commit but I want to meet my position coach first," he said. "They should be getting one real soon and I want to see what he's like first. I still like N.C. State too. I'm not committed anywhere but Miami is on top, I'd say."
