Four-Star Offensive Lineman Roland Martin really didn't know much about NC State, but his recruiting coach, Mike Barry, has caught his attention. Enough so that he will in fact use his final official visit to NC State this weekend.

"I like Coach Barry," Martin said. "He's just cool and real with me. They got a lot of players that I like to watch play too. I just kind of like their style."

"I'm going to go down there and really check them out," he added.

As it stands, Roland, who hails from Chicago, Illinois, has four favorites, but is adament that there's no real leader for his services.

"I'm looking Oklahoma, Michigan State, Tennessee, and North Carolina State. I don't have a favorite or anything like that."

Martin, the nation's #6 Offensive Line prospect according to TheInsiders.com, was selected to play in the prestigious Army All-American Bowl. He had a lot of fun down in Texas and admitted that one player really stood out.

"It was good down there. There was a lot of people down there I didn't know, but it was fun... a great experience."

"Xavier Lee, he's like my favorite player. He's fast and was throwing from the ten to the ten in like one step. He was real good, I know he was the best I saw that week."

Signing day is less then a week away, and Roland knows that he won't make a verbal commitment, just expect his decision to be made when he can actually sign a national Letter-of-Intent.

"I'm just going to make my decision on the 4th (of February). I think we are going to have a press conference at my school."
