Moeller Wins Sectionals, Defeats Lakota West 88-69

Cincinnati (OH) Moeller High School exploded for 37 points in the 3rd quarter to pull away from pesky Lakota (OH) West High in the sectional finals 88-69.

Leading by just two at halftime, the Crusaders outscored West by 17 in the final two periods and advanced to the next round of the playoffs. Moeller faces Beavercreek High Saturday afternoon at 3:45 PM at the Cintas Center on the campus of Xavier University.

Xavier signee Josh Duncan finished with 24 points for Moeller and NC State-bound senior forward Andrew Brackman added another 20 points and 8 boards.
