He favors Miami slightly over North Carolina St, Florida, Florida St and Michigan, and all have offered. He also has offers from Indiana, Iowa, West Virginia, Rutgers, Georgia and Georgia Tech.
"Miami is only one and a half hours away," said Smith. "But that doesn't matter. I just want to go where I can play against the best. As we saw this weekend Miami puts you in the NFL. They have the best athletes in the nation.
"I want to go where I'll have a chance to compete. I want to play where they let the best athletes play and where they play freshman."
The Hurricanes are Antone's top choice, but he says that North Carolina State is very close. In fact, the 'Canes and Wolfpack have a big lead over the others.
"I like everything about North Carolina St. They run an excellent offense and have great coaches. I love the location too. It's not too far away from everything. They have a lot to do there."
Antone finished his JR season with 1098 yds and 18 TDs. He benches 365, squats 455 and has a VJ of 31. "I have great vision. I can do it all. I can go outside, inside, run past you, through you and catch in the backfield. I do everything. I want to improve my hands and read the holes better."
He is also being recruited for track (10.69-100m/21.7-200m). "I'm gonna try to run track in college too."
