Physical stats: Daye reports a 40-yard dash time of 4.95-seconds. At the Ragsdale Combine he was timed at 5.19-seconds with a vertical leap of 21-inches. He also bench pressed 225 pounds 18 times, the second best effort at the combine. His max bench press is 365 pounds.

Stats as a junior: As a junior Daye graded out at 85% and averaged six pancake blocks per game while on the OL. From his DT spot he collected 50 tackles including two sacks and two fumbles caused.

Awards: Daye was named all-conference as a Sophomore and all-conference on both offense and defense as a junior. He was also named all-region.

Daye describing himself: "I'm a cross between Orlando Pace and Warren Sapp. I can clog holes on one side of the ball while making them on the other. I'm quicker than the average lineman and that's what sets me apart from other recruits. I think with my height I would be a perfect DT or NG at the next level."

What Daye is looking for in a future college: "A school with a great reputation in academics and sports."
