2004 Outlook

Pat Thomas came to NC State back in 2001 with very little fanfare. Most recruiting analysts and major colleges paid little attention but Thomas has steadily emerged as one of the ACC's top LB's. His production has grown each year and this season will be counted on to lead the Wolfpack defense both on and off the field. Possesses great size and above average speed and has a nose for getting to the football.

Recognition potential

Thomas will be a longshot for any national recognition but should contend for all conference honors again in 2004.
