"NC State offered me at team camp," Neal told StateFans. "They want me as a wide receiver, defensive back, and kickoff returner."
Levin's one of North Carolina's premier skill position players, doubling as a cornerback and wide receiver for Ashley High School. He recently ripped off a 4.25 40-yard dash at the Charlotte Shrine Bowl combine, the fastest time at the event.
For now three teams are out front in the race for Neal's services, with others trailing the front-runners.
"My top three is NC State, Georgia, and Florida State," he said. "I'm probably going to decide late because I want to take all my visits. I still need to find two other schools to visit so my list isn't closed to just those three."
Neal reports offers from Clemson, Virginia Tech, Maryland, NC State, North Carolina, Duke, Wake Forest, and East Carolina.
StateFans will have more later this week from super athlete Levin Neal so stay tuned!
