N.C. State forward Ilian Evtimov underwent arthroscopic knee surgery Thursday for a pickup game injury that is not expected to hamper his preseason training, N.C. The rising redshirt junior, who sat out the 2002-03 season after tearing the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee, hyperextended his right knee while playing earlier this week, according to a university statement. An MRI revealed that Evtimov tore the lateral meniscus this week. Read More
