Costner Still Planning Two Visits

Forward Brandon Costner still has a short list of schools and at the moment he intends on taking two more official visits before making a decision.

Brandon Costner, a 6-foot-8 forward from Seton Hall Prep in South Orange, New Jersey, told the Insiders Report he is still considering taking two official visits.

"I still plan on visiting North Carolina State on September 18th and Kansas for Midnight Madness," Brandon said. "I don't really have a favorite. And Seton Hall is still strong on my list right now."

Brandon stated he has already unofficially visited Seton Hall University on several occasions. "I know the coaches, the players, and the school," Costner said. "I like them too. But I don't think I will take an official visit there."

Costner has also visited UCLA officially. "They are still high on my list," he said.

Costner, who played for Jimmy Salmon's Playaz basketball program this past summer, is considered one of the best players in the 2005 class.

Costner plays different styles with his high school and AAU teams. With his high school team, Costner plays the center position position and creates numerous scoring opportunities in the low post. Costner showcases his perimeter skills more with the Playaz basketball program.

Brandon still indicates that he would like to make a decision in the Fall and sign a letter of intent in November.
