    Despite their successes, Julius Hodge and Herb Sendek continue flying slightly under the radar. Hodge was named Atlantic Coast Conference Player of the Year last basketball season and Sendek was named the Coach of the Year, yet the player and coach's team were underlooked when the league's media made its preseason picks for the ACC race and individual honors last week.     N.C. State's Julius Hodge will never win a basketball game at Duke. The Wolfpack senior is 0-for-3 in Cameron Indoor Stadium and won't get a last chance this season. A reconfigured ACC schedule will mean such traditional games as State at Duke and Wake Forest at North Carolina will be missing this season.
