Munroe Sets Wolfpack Visit (w/Video)

With the season over and one visit under his belt super safety Dorian Munroe is now concentrating on his future and what school he will play football for.

Dorian Munroe, from Miami (Fla.) Coral Reef High School, finished the season 2-7. He played wherever his team needed him, something he's very proud of.

"When we needed a spark I played quarterback," said Munroe. "I also played wing back and wide receiver. Defensively, I played free safety. Sometimes I played corner if we needed to lock someone down. This season we lost a lot of tight games. I thought we would make the playoffs but it didn't happen. Now I guess it is on to bigger and better things. I know this, I will miss high school."

Munroe took an official visit during the season to the University of Georgia. The Dawgs impressed this South Florida standout and UGA set the bar very high.

"Man they play hard for coach (Mark) Richt. They (the Georgia fans) also really love their football. I have never seen anything like it. Athens is a great college football town and I love the people. Georgia set the bar very high. I am Georgia's too lose and it will all depend on my other official visits."

For now, Munroe says he will visit N.C. State (12-3) and Florida State (1-7) and he will also set up visits to Auburn and Florida. Munroe claims he is full qualified with a 2.8 GPA and 1000 SAT.
