"The facilities are what you're looking for, the campus is great and all the players were cool."
Brown tripped to Florida State the previous weekend and felt that, although the trips were different, they both had their advantages.
"Well, it's hard to compare them because they were different," he said. "Florida State had some things I liked and NC State had some things I liked. I'll have a better idea of what I want to do after taking my last two visits."
Want to know how much Florida State wants Brown? Seminole head coach Bobby Bowden met with the Edgewater standout shortly after his return from NC State, hoping to make an impression on the 6'6, 250-pound offensive lineman.
"That was great because he's such a good coach," Brown said. "To have him at my house is just crazy. We had a good in-home, and coach Strong from Florida's coming in this week too."
Brown visits Florida next weekend and will take his final visit to South Carolina on January 28th. At the moment, he denies a leader -- and says all four schools are even.
"They are all tied right now," he said. "I want to take my trips first and then I'll decide."
