"I don't have a top five necessarily, but these are all schools that I've got some interest in right now," says Frazer, from Mechanicsburg Area High School.
"I've been to Notre Dame before for a JR Day and for their game against Boston College last season. They've got an extremely nice campus there. The game I saw last season was a good experience for me even though they ended up losing.
"They've got a great program there. I mean, I like coach (Charlie) Weis and coach (David) Cuttcliffe (quarterbacks) has coached both the Manning brother's (Peyton and Eli). The whole coaching staff there has got a lot of professional experience. I also like how they're well known for their academics and it's just an overall great school.
"I was also at Penn State's JR Day. They're a great program as well. It would be great to play for a guy like coach (Joe) Paterno because he's such a legend. That would be a great honor," says Frazer. "I also like the campus there and they've got a real great atmosphere.
"I've visited Syracuse and it was a real nice visit even though it was snowing…go figure. They talked a lot about academics, which I like. And they've got a lot of new buildings that have gone up in the past couple years around the school. I also like the weight room there. They're coming up as a program and I especially like coach (Major) Applewhite (quarterbacks).
"My visit to North Carolina State was a nice one too. They've got a great campus and some real beautiful weather there. I liked the new weight room and locker rooms that I saw, and it seems like a great coaching staff to be around.
"I've been talking a lot with the coaches at Miami and Tennessee, but I haven't got an offer from them yet.
"Basically what I'm looking for in a school is to establish a good relationship with the coaches, to see if I'll be able to play early, if they've got good academics, and if I feel comfortable there.
"Georgia Tech was the first to offer me and it was real exciting to get that offer because I knew that I'd be able to go to college. It definitely set them up in my book because it shows that they've got a lot of interest in me.
Frazer also took in a JR Day at Purdue, and will be at the Elite 11 combine in New Jersey in May.
"I'd really like to see Tennessee and Miami this summer, and I'm also sure to see some more schools, but I don't really know which ones yet.
"I definitely want to make my decision early, and definitely before football starts up again.
"I've got good poise and composure in tight and stressful situations," he says. "I'm real good at just staying relaxed. I've got good arm strength and I make great decisions on the field.
"I could always work on improving my footwork. You can never really be satisfied with that, and I want to get a better understanding of defensive coverages."
Final JR (9-3) stats: 288-440/3684 yds pass/27 TDs/9 INTs; 12 rush TDs
Frazer holds the single season pass yardage record (3684 yds) for the state of Pennsylvania and he was named the AAA Player of the Year.
