Led by starting pitcher Andrew Brackman (3-0), No. 23 N.C. State (39-15, 17-13 ACC) will kick off its first game in the ACC Tournament today in Jacksonville, Fla. at 10 a.m. against No.8 Miami (38-14-1, 19-9-1 ACC). State, the sixth seed in the tournament, has won seven-consecutive ACC series, including last weekend's against No.13 Florida State.
