    Scouting Report - March 28, 2002: Armand Cauthen's goal coming into his senior season is to improve on a terrific junior year that ended with him being named Douglas County player of the year. Armand Cauthen had 43 catches for 540 yards last season, those 43 catches were a Douglas County School record. "I'd like to break 1000 yards receiving this year," said Cauthen. "1000 yards and all state, those are my 2 personal goals for the season."

    Armand has been contacted by every school in the ACC and SEC, as well as some in Conf USA. "The schools that I'm looking at the hardest right now are LSU, Auburn, UGA, Duke, Clemson, UVA, Maryland, and NC State."

    Armand plans on attending several camps this season. "I'm going to the Nike Camp, the UGA camp, and the Auburn camp for sure, and I'm trying to get scheduled camps to Virginia and Maryland."
