Pack Pride takes a look at how several of NC State's top recruiting targets fared in action from this past weekend.

- EE Smith tailback Carter Sharpe rushed for 205 yards and three scores in a win over Pine Forest.

- Quarterback Will Fidler from Henderson County High School in Kentucky threw for 138 yards, including a 28-yard touchdown pass in one half of action in a 48-14 win.

- Running back/linebacker John Ware from Cardinal Gibbons High School in Ft Lauderdale, Fla had a 40-yard interception return for a score in a win over Douglas High School.

- Running back Josh Adams from Cary rushed for 186 yards on 34 carries in a win over Middle Creek.

- Harnett Central quarterback Rodney Cox threw for 184 yards, rushed for 114 and tailback Kevin Snelling rushed for 217 yards in a blowout of Overhills High School.

- Alcoa (Tn) quarterback Joei Fiegler threw four touchdown passes in a win over Wartburg High School.

- Bishop Carroll tight end Jeff Minemyer had a 50-yard touchdown reception in a 24-0 victory over Greater Johnstown.

- Deland running back Johnny Patrick rushed eight times for 161 yards and two scores in a win over Pine Ridge.

- Edgewater wideout Greg Mathews had seven catches for 99 yards and three scores in a win over Palmetto.

- Linebacker Colin McCarthy had over 100 yards receiving, two touchdowns, and 12 tackles in a win over St. Pete Catholic.

- Wide receiver Preston Parker had 4 catches for 125 yards and one touchdown. He also had a 66 yard TD pass and a 34 yard punt return for a TD.

- Wide receiver Darrell Davis of Pasco High School had four receptions for 110 yards in a loss to Wesley Chapel High School.

- Palm Beach Gardens tailback Emmanuel Cook was held to just 56 yards rushing but his team won 21-0.
