The woman accusing a Denver Nuggets rookie of attempted sexual assault is sitting in a jail cell for allegedly violating her probation's curfew on the night in question. The woman, 37, was arrested Tuesday morning for failing to follow the guidelines of her probation in a 2003 assault case. She appeared in court Thursday morning, where her lawyer advised the judge that her violation is tied to the accusations she made last week against Julius Hodge, a first-round draft pick by the Nuggets this year.
