Wide receiver Toney Clemons will likely be one of the top prospects from the Keystone State in 2006. This versatile athlete recently came away with MVP honors at the Scout.com Combine held at Pittsburgh after an electrifying performance. Clemons boasts amazing athletic ability, tremendous speed and a fierce competitive attitude. He has great size and some have pegged him for safety but he will get his fair share of looks at wide receiver as well. Last season, Clemons finished off the year with 43 catches for 666 yards and nine touchdowns. He also recorded an interception on defense and had four punt return touchdowns.

What Clemons is looking for in a future college: "I'm looking at academics, a good campus life, loyalty, safety and good athletics."
