"I don't really know too much about them except that they are a West Coast team. That pretty much implies that they like to get up and down the floor and run. We are aware of their big man, Powe, so we know that our big man is going to have a task on his hands. We want to make it as difficult as possible for the opposing team."
"I remember but that was a totally different team for Cal and for us. We're just trying to focus on the moment."
"Gavin has been good for us this season, especially the last two games. His confidence is very high. He's able to play a lot of positions, he's playing the four right now, and it is a tough guard for the other team."
"He's just taken advantage of the opportunity given to him. It's been an up-and-down season, and he's done a good job of sticking with it. He's turned into a good player for us."
"That's a big part of our offense but that doesn't define us. We're going to look to get it done on the defensive end. That's where it starts. We're not focused on hitting our 3's."
"That's just one aspect of the game. We're going to try and get to the free throw line as much as we can as well."
"I think this is our fifth consecutive year. I've been priviledged enough to be on four of those teams. I think this is something the university wants to continue doing. Despite our losses here at the later parts of the season, we've had a good season. There is a lot to be thankful for and stay positive about."
