After receiving a scholarship offer from North Carolina earlier in the week, Quintin Richardson picked up yet another ACC offer Wednesday.

"NC State offered today," said Richardson. "My head coach told me when he called me down to his office."

Richardson, a 6-foot-5 265-pound offensive tackle from Columbia (S.C.) Spring Valley, was definitely impressed with his latest tender.

"I love [the NCSU offer]," said Richardson. "It's a good school with good prestige."

Although reluctant to officially name favorites until after taking all of his unofficial visits, Richardson admits two schools are starting to separate themselves from the rest.

"No [favorites], but Clemson and Tennessee are probably in close with me," said Richardson. "It's just Clemson, their academics is real good, their team is going to be real good, and their offensive live is a real good situations for me, because they have a lot living – same with Tennessee."

Richardson has already unofficially visited Tennessee, South Carolina, Clemson, and Notre Dame. He will visit North Carolina Saturday, N.C. State Sunday after Scout.com's All-American Combine, and then Clemson the following Saturday.

With the addition of NC State to his offers list, Richardson reaches 12 tenders. Auburn, Clemson, East Carolina, Kentucky, Maryland, MTSU, North Carolina, South Carolina, Southern Miss, Tennessee, and Virginia Tech round out the remainder of his offers list.
