"You've got to show up for practice everyday, you've got to show up every Saturday, and you can't let anything distract you from it."

"That's why every weekend there are upsets."

"The crowd has been good. We can't say that that crowd has not been good, but it was electric the other night... boy was it awesome. It was unbelievable."

"He's good... they are a tough football team. They'll wake you up if you're not awake at 12:05 now."

"They are tough. They don't give up big plays, and they swarm to the football."

"Wake Forest doesn't get rattled easily, I don't think."

"John [Dunlap] has been doing that the last couple of games with consistency."

"He's strong, he's got the best vertical jump on the team, and he's very physically strong. I kid him that he's a linebacker disguised as a wide receiver."

"More people are going after big wide receivers."

"We've been waiting for Geron to do that for two years. We felt when we signed him that we got a prize."
