Locker Room Report: Wolfpack Players

RALEIGH, N.C. -- Wolfpack players met with the media following the win over Northern State.

Brian Neiman

"It's like riding a bike.. it was real easy getting back into it."

"I'm sure I surprised some people, but I always knew I was capable of doing that."

"They scored 90 something points against Vandy a couple of nights ago. We knew they could put up some numbers."

Ben McCauley

"We've got a young team and we're still kind of getting used to each other."

"That goes again with the way we used him last year. I think he's going to be very important this year."

"I think we did pretty well."

Gavin Grant

"We need to execute and get good shots. That's going to be important for us this year."

"I think we have guys we can go to for certain situations."

"Trevor? He's excellent. He's a little bit of me and Courtney. He's good. He's athletic, he can shoot."

"He was very aggressive on defense. He's got a 7'1 wingspan, and he's only 6'5. I think he was the one who sparked the run in the first half. He got some steals and kicked it ahead to Brian, and Brian made some shots."

"He can definitely play defense. He's by far the most athletic player on the team. I'm looking for him to have a great year."
