In four games this season, Hodge made one start and he was averaging 1.5 points and 2.5 assists in nine minutes per game. The 6-foot-7, 210-pound guard had been called up by the Nuggets from the Colorado 14ers of the NBA Development League on January 2nd.
In nine games with the 14ers, Hodge averaged 12.1 points, 6.6 assists and 4.2 rebounds in 23.0 minutes. He was assigned to Colorado on Dec. 1 and ranked third in the D-League in assists per game.
Hodge was selected with the 20th overall in the 2005 NBA Draft by the Nuggets. Hodge saw action in 14 games as a rookie, averaging 0.9 ppg and 0.5 rpg in 2.4 minutes.
