Report: Palmer Commits to the Pack

According to the Herald Sun, Pittsboro athlete Tobias Palmer has committed to NC State.

Midway through his sophomore season, Tobias Palmer got his first start at tailback for Northwood's football team. He rushed for four touchdowns.

"We've been getting him the ball ever since," Chargers coach Bill Hall said. "He's an athlete. If you give him the ball offensively, he's going to make things happen."

In the coming years, Palmer plans to make things happen at N.C. State. The 5-11, 165-pound junior verbally committed to the Wolfpack and first-year coach Tom O'Brien on Monday.
