  • Georgia Tech leads the overall series 60-43 and has won 12 of the last 16 dating back to 2002.
  • The Wolfpack took two of three from the Yellow Jackets last season, winning the first game 8-1 then following it up with a 12-11 win in the 10th inning on Saturday before dropping the series finale.
  • Eric Surkamp leads all Pack starters in ERA but has been hit with terrible luck all season. The sophomore lefty has six no decisions, twice as many as any other Wolfpack pitcher, despite a 3.00 ERA in those contests. In five of the six games, he left with either the lead or the game tied.
  • The Wolfpack is a perfect 23-0 when leading after seven innings. They are 23-2 when leading after five innings, with both losses coming against Florida State.
  • Mike Roskopf has led the way for the Pack on the offensive side of the ball the last few weeks. The designated hitter is batting .435 in last 12 contests and has smacked five home runs over that span
