"It was just good to play against someone else. To give our guys an opportunity to play against another team in different offenses and different types of defenses they run at us."

"It was a good test for us."

"He's comfortable at pushing the ball. He gets it down there."

"I thought he played a very good ballgame. I thought he ran the show for us well, he pushed it at times, and I thought he played real solid on the defensive end as well."

"We feel that we do have guys that come off our bench and help us out. Right now coming off our bench we have J.J. Hickson, Tracy Smith, Dennis Horner, and Trevor Ferguson. Those are certainly four guys that can play."

"Now the adjustment is for those players from last year to understand that they may not play 38 minutes a game... be ready to come back in the game after sitting for a few minutes."

"You've got to try and establish yourselves on the defensive end and rebounding."

"Tonight he said it himself, he was just rushing. He was rushing and he knew it... I think what he needs to work on is just being patient."
