We got off to a slow start on Friday but came out strong in the second half and ended up winning 41-7. I was like 10-19 185 yards with three touchdowns, and an interception. We keep going in the playoffs this Saturday.

I just got a packet of information about the ESPN All-Star game, and I'm going to be rocking No. 8 for the Silver squad. I head down there December 31st, and I can't wait. I thought they were going to put me and Brandon [Barnes] on the same team but he's on the Red team. One good thing is they assigned us roomates and I'm going to be rooming with him. We should have a real good time.
The other quarterbacks on the Silver team will be Braden Hanson and Landry Jones. Landry was with me at the Elite 11 and he's pretty good. E.J. [Manuel] is playing on the Red team and so is Deion [Walker]... they are rooming together too. The Red team also has Dwayne Allen, and he is rooming with A.J. Green. At least I've got Julio [Jones] on my team. I can't wait.
I was reading about Terrel, and I'm hoping he hears positive news from the doctor. It is just terrible hearing about any knee injuries, and I hope everything is okay with him.

I just got done singing Karaoke with my family that is in town for Thanksgiving. It's pretty embarassing to watch me sing, but I've had a good thanksgiving. With me going to college, it might be my last Thanksgiving at home for a long time so I'm really having a lot of fun.
Any Thanksgiving when you have practice in the morning is always good because that means you've won a couple games in the playoffs.
On Saturday we play West Springfield. They have a very good offense, but their defense has been suspect at times. We've played in the regional championship the past two years but both times we lost. Hopefully we play a good game and get to move on to the State semifinals.
Unfortunately my game is at the same time as State's so I won't be able to watch it but it would be big to get a win, and I think with a win a bowl will pick us just because of our fan base.
