Wolfpack double header

The NC State/Georgia Tech Homecoming Game will kick-off this Saturday at 3:30. The football game will be preceded by the annual men's basketball Red/White Game at the ESA starting at 12:30 p.m.

Football to be on ABC!

The undefeated Wolfpack will face Georgia Tech next Saturday at 3:30 p.m. in a game to be televised regionally by ABC Sports. NC State enters the Homecoming contest with a 9-0 record, the best mark for a Wolfpack squad in the 111-year history of the football program.

A win over the Georgia Tech would allow the Pack to reach yet another milestone. No NC State football team has ever recorded as many as 10 wins in a season. The Wolfpack Radio Network will have full coverage of Saturday's homecoming game beginning with the Pepsi Pregame Report, which begins at 2:30 p.m.

Tailgate at the Red/White

The NC State men's basketball team will host the third annual Red/White game on Saturday, November 2 at the RBC center. The event, which will begin at 12:30pm, will be highlighted by a scrimmage by the 2002-03 Wolfpack squad and a three-point shootout between Herb Sendek and former NC State guard Chris Corchiani.

Two students will be chosen to compete with Sendek and Corchiani in the three-point competition, which will take place at halftime of the scrimmage. The contestant who participates on the winning squad (either with Sendek and Corchiani) will win a Wolfpack Prize Pack, which contains Wolfpack gear, gift certificates to Outback Steak House, Playmakers and Domino's pizza, as well as two tickets to the ACC Men's Basketball Tournament in Greensboro.

Following the on-the-court festivities, the players and Sendek will hold an autograph session on the concourse. Posters, schedule cards and t-shirts will be given away. Admission is free and there will be general admission seating.
