The players began workouts in the Murphy Center with lifting and jumps and then headed out to the practice fields around noon to do the 40-yard dash, cone drills, and position workouts.
The two players invited to the combine, defensive lineman DeMario Pressley and safety DaJuan Morgan, both chose to take their combine number on the bench press, but did compete in the other drills. Morgan didn't run the 40-yard dash, but Pressley chose to run again.
Morgan's vertical jump of 37.5 inches was third on the team, behind both Darrell Blackman and Miguel Scott, who both jumped 38.5 inches.
The team leader in bench reps of 225 pounds was Patrick Bedics with 30. The next closest was James Martin with 25 repetitions.
The 40 was conducted on the grass practice fields. Each team kept their own times so all times listed below are unofficial.
Note: LeRue Rumph's bench number was called into question for not locking out his elbows when coming up with the weight. Scouts were told to put a question mark beside his final total.
