Name: Ryan Harrow
Hometown: Marietta, Georgia
High School: Walton High School
AAU Team: Lou Will Elite
Position: Point Guard
Marietta (GA) Walton point guard Ryan Harrow was outstanding at the 2008 Peach State Summer Showcase, leading his Lou Will Elite 16-under team to the finals. Lou Will Elite lost to Georgia Pony Xpress in the championship game, but Harrow impressed with his play.
"Ryan was a real problem for us... he stuck out the entire tournament," said Pony Xpress head coach Miller Jordan. "He's so crafty. He's a scoring point guard, and he does a great job of playing at different speeds. He can pass it and shoot it."
After playing with Lou Will Elite's 17-under squad at the GBOA South Tournament and the NY2LA Sports Next Level Invitational, Harrow joined up with his regular team and didn't miss a bit.

"Ryan's our leader out there... the heart of our team," said Lou Will Elite Head Coach Demond Stephens. "He won't let you quit on the floor and he makes big shots when you need him to come through.
"There were games in this tournament where the teams have tried five or six different guys on him and at all different sizes. It didn't matter. One of the games he fouled out like three guys. He's so hard to keep in front of you and he gets in the lane and creates for us all game long. He's big-time."
Harrow secured offers from NC State, Auburn, and UT-Chattanooga before committing to the Wolfpack. Wake Forest, Kentucky, Marquette, Florida, and Clemson had began to express early interest, and Georgia Tech evaluated him extensively at the Peach State Summer Showcase.
He will conclude the AAU circuit in Orlando at the AAU Nationals but indicated he could attend the Las Vegas tournaments with the World Wide Renegades 17-under team. He's been invited to join the Orange squad in Vegas and stated that he plans to join them. World Wide Orange features Mfon Udofia, Ari Stewart, and Richard Howell.
