"We didn't make it easy tonight but we're certainly happy to come away with our first victory."

"Give William & Mary credit, they did a good job, and we're happy with the win."

"Russell will be at quarterback next week."

"We were going three-and-out, three-and-out. We needed to do something to get the offense going."

"We made a couple of good catches, which we haven't been making."

"It's all a learning experience for those young kids. We just have to keep getting better."

"It came down to the way they were playing the game, we were going to have to throw the ball and throw it effectively to win the game."

"He gave us the best chance and best shot to win. He came in and threw the ball well."

"We had some guys playing that didn't even practice. It was a little difficult situation, but that is the way we are right now."

"I guess Kushner has a knee. That's all I know right now. So our two top tight ends are out right now."

"We like George a lot and he's a redshirt freshman. We'd like to kind of work him into the situation, but with the way it is... I don't know if Anthony will be back and I don't know what's up with Kushner. We'll see.. he may be the starter next week."

"[Russell Wilson] was cleared to play tonight. I just chose not to play him... we weren't going to put him into the game unless there was a dire emergency."

"One thing about Harrison, if you want to get back into the shotgun and throw the ball he's your guy. He did a great job coming in, he made some great throws... at the same time we had some guys step up and make catches too. That helps."

"I think they blitzed almost every down... something we'll have to make sure we are doing the right things for that type of defense."

"I'm very happy with the defense. They gave up one play... one touchdown pass, a crossing route and we got caught in a blitz. I don't know what happened there. Other than that, they gave up one play on the night or else they played a really good show. At the end we were trying to get those younger kids in there. They've got to go and make plays too."
