PC: Michel, Williams Meet the Media

RALEIGH, NC -- NC State players Ray Michel and Jarvis Williams met with the media today to discuss the upcoming game against South Florida.

Jarvis Williams

"Everybody is more enthusiastic and everyone is more determined to get more wins."

"After our loss last week, we came in the next week knowing that after Saturday's game against ECU we would be 2-2."

"Everybody came out with a lot of energy throughout the week of practice and we came out with the win."

"We knew we were going to come out with the win."

"Russell means a lot to the team. He used all his potential, played a good game."

Ray Michel

"Nate Irving is an experienced player. It's going to be... a little drought without him there."

"That was a big key to the day. It really got the defense up to a level where we were going to stop anything they ran at us."

"We've played against good teams with good running quarterbacks... I believe our d-line will be able to contain him."

"It doesn't matter. Whatever they would have thrown at us I believe we would have stopped it."

"We did a lot of conditioning to prepare for this game."
