Miami (Fla.) Killian cornerback Keith Reaser currently holds four offers and one of them is from NC State. The talented defensive back is hoping to take a trip to Raleigh later this year and the Wolfpack is high on his list.
At 5-foot-10 and 150-pounds, Reaser has plenty of speed and athletic ability. He currently holds offers from NC State, Florida International, Central Michigan and Temple.
"I would say my top three is probably NC State, Florida and FIU," Reaser said. "I've been talking to NC State, Florida, FIU and Central Michigan lately. I haven't talked to Coach Archer this week but we've been keeping in touch.
"I've been thinking about going up for the Florida State game at NC State when they play. I haven't talked to them about that yet because I'm not 100-percent sure if we're going to make that trip, but we've been thinking about it.”
Reaser talked about his thoughts on the NC State program.
"As far as NC State, I like the school. I watched them play East Carolina and I was impressed. Their defense made a couple of good goal line stops."
While Florida hasn't offered, the Gators have been keeping in touch and monitoring Reaser's progress. He was in Gainesville a couple of weeks ago for an intrastate rivalry.
"I actually went up to Florida for their game against Miami," he said. "It was a good game ... very exciting. I liked the atmosphere a lot."
Killian is 4-0 on the season and Reaser has intercepted three passes, one of which he returned for a touchdown. He is being recruited as a cornerback.
Earlier this year at a Scout combine held in Miami, Reaser ripped off a 4.44-second 40-yard yard dash, 4.09-second pro shuttle and 35.5-inch vertical jump.
