Locker Room Report: Wolfpack Players

RALEIGH, N.C. -- Ben McCauley, Dennis Horner, Brandon Costner, and Courtney Fells met with the media following the Pack's loss to North Carolina.

Ben McCauley

"I was a little disappointed that he was even going up for it. I thought it was kind of disrespectful at that point. The game was over."

"I didn't want him to get an easy dunk... I just didn't want him to do that in front of our crowd, go off the floor with a dunk like that."

"I told coach Williams afterwards that I was sorry... no one wants stuff like that to happen. It's unfortunate, but it happened."

Dennis Horner

"Everytime we made a run they made big plays."

"They capitalized on it."

"He's a great player. We forced him to take some tough shots and he knocked them down. That's what good players do."

Courtney Fells

"We did a good job of fighting back, getting stops, getting rebounds."

"I thought we played hard and we were fighting until the end."

"It's tough for us. We've got to stay with it."

Brandon Costner

"We were missing too many layups... it's just a matter of us not finishing when we needed to."

"They made plays they needed to make to win the game."

"They tried to score at the end and probably shouldn't have done that. Ben went for the ball."
